The incumbent works with other staff of the Business Office team to assist residents and staff with their administrative and financial needs. The Office Clerk contributes to excellent public and internal relations through friendly, courteous and personal contact with Sherbrooke residents, families, staff and all other affiliations. Services are provided in keeping with the Mission of Sherbrooke, Principles of Care, Organizational Principles and Principles of the Eden Alternative. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience One (1) year experience performing general accounting functions Education Business Administration diploma (DBA) Business Administration certificate Accounting diploma Accounting certificate Finance diploma Business Administration/Commerce majoring in Accounting Competencies Advanced - Critical thinking skills Advanced - Problem solving skills Advanced - Organizational skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and attention to detail Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access).
