Good phone voice and excellent customer service skills.\n<b>Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:</b>• Operates switchboard to make connections and relay calls• Supplies information to callers and records messages• Keeps record of calls received• Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, light typing, making copies, faxing• Provides outstanding customer service via the telephone• Assist in special projects for Store Administration• Other duties may be assigned\n<i>The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
