Nashua, NH
Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Case Manager to join our collaborative team supporting children, adolescents, and families . This position works in homes, schools, and community settings to help youth develop skills in social connection, emotional regulation, problem solving, and self-esteem. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging directly with children and families.
Schedule Requirement
• Ability to work until 7:00 PM, four days per week.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, child development, education, or related human services field.
OR associate’s degree in a related field plus two years of experience working with individuals with serious emotional disturbance or mental illness.
• Candidates currently pursuing a qualifying degree may be considered.
• Knowledge of children’s mental health, developmental stages, and family systems.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, community-based environment.
