This position works in homes, schools, and community settings to help youth develop skills in social connection, emotional regulation, problem solving, and self-esteem. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging directly with children and families.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule Requirement</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Ability to work until 7:00 PM, four days per week.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why You’ll Love This Role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Connect children and families to community resources, including medical, educational, and social services.</p><p>• Manage an assigned caseload while collaborating with families and treatment team members.</p><p>• Deliver individualized therapeutic behavioral services based on treatment plan goals.</p><p>• Provide parenting support to caregivers to address behaviors and emotional needs.</p><p>• Respond to and assist with crisis interventions as needed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, child development, education, or related human services field.</p><p>OR associate’s degree in a related field plus two years of experience working with individuals with serious emotional disturbance or mental illness.</p><p>• Candidates currently pursuing a qualifying degree may be considered.</p><p>• Knowledge of children’s mental health, developmental stages, and family systems.</p><p>• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently.</p><p>• Comfortable in a fast-paced, community-based environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for curious, compassionate professionals who thrive in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
