Description

Nashua, NH Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Case Manager to join our collaborative team supporting children, adolescents, and families . This position works in homes, schools, and community settings to help youth develop skills in social connection, emotional regulation, problem solving, and self-esteem. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging directly with children and families. Schedule Requirement • Ability to work until 7:00 PM, four days per week. Why You’ll Love This Role • Connect children and families to community resources, including medical, educational, and social services. • Manage an assigned caseload while collaborating with families and treatment team members. • Deliver individualized therapeutic behavioral services based on treatment plan goals. • Provide parenting support to caregivers to address behaviors and emotional needs. • Respond to and assist with crisis interventions as needed. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, child development, education, or related human services field. OR associate’s degree in a related field plus two years of experience working with individuals with serious emotional disturbance or mental illness. • Candidates currently pursuing a qualifying degree may be considered. • Knowledge of children’s mental health, developmental stages, and family systems. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, community-based environment.
