    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Supervisory Capacity:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ​Direct Reports:&nbsp; 20+​</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan and schedule personnel in cooperation with the Production Manager (i.e. vacation, temporary workers, overtime work)</li>\n <li>Provide production expectations and quality feedback to team members in daily start up meeting.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor daily established production requirements throughout the shift to ensure customer requirements and plant objectives are met while ensuring HSE and 5S policies and standards are followed.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Train and monitor employee performance to ensure operator is certified and operator training matrix is updated and meeting departmental targets.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Compile KPI data and populate end of shift report.&nbsp; Distribute to manager and appropriate operations and support personnel.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure job training and daily job rotations are in place and enforced</li>\n <li>Monitor quality of product throughout the production process.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participates in Team Leader meetings and Quality initiatives.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Daily review of process and people to identify and implement CI opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong>&nbsp;High School Graduate or Equivalent</p>\n<p><strong>Experience | Skills | Knowledge:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>​​3-5​ Minimum Years of Experience with Production with at least 2 years in a Supervisor role</li>\n <li>​​1-3​ Minimum Years of Supervisor Experience within the automotive industry.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Just in Time (JIT) environment experience</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Computer literacy</li>\n <li>Excellent oral communication skills.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills</li>\n <li>Proficient organizational skills</li>\n <li>Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise</li>\n</ul>",
