We are determined: above all else, we are on a relentless quest to make our community stronger beginning with you.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ol><li>Maintains a clean environment in the wellness center.</li><li>Provides equipment orientations as needed to members.</li><li>Performs preventative maintenance of fitness equipment.</li><li>Provides a safe environment for all members in the wellness center.</li><li>Uphold the rules in the wellness center to keep all members safe.&nbsp;</li><li>Check gym, locker rooms and multi-purpose rooms every 20-30 minutes.</li><li>Check in with Front Desk and Lifeguard every 20-30 minutes.</li><li>Report and repair broken equipment.</li><li>Ensure that all entrances are clear of ice (salt if needed).</li><li>&nbsp;Give building tours as requested.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;<strong>LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Communication &amp; Influence</li><li>Engaging Community</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li><li>High School Diploma / GED required.</li><li>Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications required within 30 days of hire.</li><li>Highly attentive to detail.</li><li>Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.</li></ul><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT &amp; PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</li><li>The employee frequently is required to move around and clean, and must be able to move around the work environment.</li><li>The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust.</li><li>The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  </div></div></div></div>\n",
