You'll be responsible for visual inspections of our sterile liquid medication, along with some labeling, and packaging of products according to established procedures and cGMP regulations under the oversight of the FDA. With guidance from experienced technicians and supervisors, you'll help uphold our high standards and contribute to the success of our Finishing department.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Non-Negotiable Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook</li><li>Ability to pass a vision screening and Visual Inspection Qualification testing (can wear glasses/contacts)</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree or equivalent</li><li>Familiarity with QA principles and procedures in a pharma, biopharma, or biotech manufacturing environment</li><li>Knowledgeable about GMP standards&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in an FDA-regulated environment&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in pharmaceutical inspection OR packaging with a solid understanding of cGMP and FDA guidelines.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>Inspection along with some, labeling and package finished products (sterile liquid medicine)</li><li>Operate Finishing equipment</li><li>Adhere to finishing procedures and PDA guidelines</li><li>Accurately document data and complete any corresponding paperwork</li><li>Contribute to maintaining an FDA-compliant facility</li></ul><p><em>Full job description available during formal interview process.</em></p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>What Sets GRAM Apart from Other Employers:</strong></u></p><p><strong>MEDICAL BENEFITS starting day 1:</strong> Blue Cross Blue Shield medical and dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits are available to you and your family on your first day of work, with the company paying for 75% of the cost!
