font-size: 14px;'>Starting Pay Rate- Minimum Wage (Pay increase based on seniority and performance)&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><span style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'><strong><u>Basic Function/Overview:</u></strong>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>The summer Lift Operator is responsible for the operation of the South Branch Chair, and the loading and unloading of mountain bikes and guests.</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'><strong><u>Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:</u></strong></span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>&nbsp;<em>Duties include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</em><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Perform daily pre-operation checks of the lift to ensure safe operation and sign documents certifying that these inspections are completed.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Operate the chairlift safely and responsibly, complying with all safety protocols and procedures.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Load and unload guests onto the chair safely and responsibly.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Load and unload mountain bikes onto the chair and ensuring they are secure.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Complete emergency procedures.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Keep work areas clean and safe.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Perform post-operational duties including removal of trash, shutdown procedures, and locking stations.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Assist Bike Patrol with the final sweep of mountain bike trails when necessary. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'><strong><u>Required Skills and Abilities:&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Customer service skills.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Knowledge of the mountain bike trails and emergency access points.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Ability to learn and follow all safety procedures to operate the chairlift.</li></ul><p><span style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'><strong><u>Required Education and Experience:&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Previous customer service and/or outdoor labor experience is preferred.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Intermediate-level mountain biking ability is preferred.</li></ul><p><span style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'><strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Move and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly for an 8-hour shift.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif; font-size: 14px;'>Requires standing and walking for long periods of time.</li><li style='font-family: \"trebuchet ms\", sans-serif;
