The ETE family encompasses three major areas including (a) functional testing, (b) non-functional testing, and (c) test architecture and enablement. Other key focuses include: regression testing, browser testing, performance testing, capacity and stress testing, resiliency testing, environment management services, and infrastructure testing. Develops, conducts, and evaluates testing processes, working closely with developers to remediate identified system defects. In-depth knowledge of automated testing tools, and quality control and assurance approaches including the creation of reusable foundational test automation framework for the entire organization. The Test Engineering role is responsible for ensuring that all applications, system products, projects, and solutions meet defined enterprise quality standards. Provide centralized, independent quality assurance services across the firm, including functional and non-functional testing for all products, services, and applications across businesses. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions, providing testing expertise, oversight, and direction to ensure the functionality of solutions and that design specifications are met.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities:</strong><br>\n &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional and regression testing</li>\n <li>Developing code for quality automation and ensuring extensive test coverage of the code</li>\n <li>Building, customizing, deploying, and managing the test automation frameworks</li>\n <li>Strong debugging and triage skills</li>\n <li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong analysis and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in an enterprise agile environment</li>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrate a high level of motivation confidence, integrity, and responsibility</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of agile best practices including QA’s role on a scrum team<br><br>\n  A plus:</li>\n <li>Experience testing APIs using postman or RestAssured&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience working with multithreaded test execution</li>\n <li>Experience writing test related documentation such as test plans, strategies, or post testing reports</li>\n <li>Prepare, maintain and execute test cases based on user stories; present results and track defects to closure</li>\n <li>Prepare, maintain and execute automated test scripts</li>\n <li>Maintain traceability from business requirements through test cases to automated scripts</li>\n <li>Review test cases / automation approach with stakeholder to ensure comprehensive coverage and obtain feedback</li>\n <li>Track test execution milestones, report on issues and risks with the potential to affect project timelines</li>\n <li>Construct appropriate end-2-end business scenarios through the application of a broad understanding of business objectives and goals</li>\n <li>Collaborate with delivery pipeline teams to drive adoption and resolve open issues;</li>\n <li>Identify dependencies for environmental and data requirements; manage and maintain environment and data.</li>\n <li>Provide guidance to colleagues related to test coverage and test cases</li>\n <li>Develop a detailed understanding of the product being delivered</li>\n <li>Responsible for process compliance &amp; associated documentation</li>\n <li>Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 6 years of related experience</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6+ years of QA Testing experience with at least 2 years hands on Test Automation Experience</li>\n <li>Experience using Java, TestNG, JUnit, and Selenium.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with Git and Bitbucket is needed.</li>\n <li>Thorough Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)</li>\n <li>Proficient in all phases of testing including planning, design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting</li>\n <li>Skilled in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using tools such as&nbsp;Chef InSpec,&nbsp;Jenkins,&nbsp;Ansible, and custom-built frameworks</li>\n <li>Familiar with&nbsp;Git&nbsp;for source code management and experienced in setting up&nbsp;Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)&nbsp;pipelines to streamline test automation workflows Knowledge of automation standard and best practices including experience with XPath axes and CSS selectors</li>\n <li>Should know the Defect Management using ALM and Agile/Scrum management through JIRA, Defect Triaging, Defect Status Reporting and Tracking</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and implement functional and automated test scripts using Java and testing frameworks.</li>\n <li>Sound knowledge of regression testing, Smoke &amp; Sanity testing, compatibility testing, system functional testing, user acceptance testing etc.</li>\n <li>Experience in build tools such as Maven, adding dependencies, maintaining pom.xml file is required.</li>\n <li>Ability to write simple to medium complexity SQL queries.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret technical designs and specifications and design automated solutions accordingly.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Positive relationship and collaboration skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
