In addition to a fulfilling career, we offer:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary with a raise structure based on performance</li>\n<li>A bonus structure based on performance<br></li>\n<li>Flexible working hours and short day Fridays all year long</li>\n<li>A hybrid working model</li>\n<li>A full health benefit program at no cost to employees including dental<br></li>\n<li>Company sponsored Social Events/ trips within or out of the country</li>\n<li>Company sponsored educational courses hosted by third parties throughout the year</li>\n<li>In-house training with various staff</li>\n<li>Paid mileage for travel to anywhere work related</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Role:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with a team of project managers and project coordinators to successfully deliver on assigned projects</li>\n<li>Mentor and support team members including but not limited to project coordinators and junior project managers</li>\n<li>Perform or arrange for reviews of existing installations</li>\n<li>Responsible for managing and reviewing project deliverables</li>\n<li>Responsible for managing project progress and ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget</li>\n<li>Develop and/or improve processes and procedures for Project Management to improve efficiency</li>\n<li>Lead &amp; coordinate with site inspectors to complete site activities</li>\n<li>Facilitate the communication between site inspectors and project managers as required</li>\n<li>Delegate construction administration tasks including but not limited to shop drawing reviews, contract document setup etc. to team members</li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring all construction admin tasks are completed accurately, timely and within the assigned budget for projects</li>\n<li>Facilitate the communication between the project management team and the design team as required</li>\n<li>Respond to client related queries regarding the technical and financial aspects of the project</li>\n<li>Prepare and continually monitor a schedule of tasks required to complete the project including hours to perform tasks and critical data required for performance</li>\n<li>Organize and chair internal and client meetings</li>\n<li>Work with the business development and proposal teams to develop and respond to proposal requests</li>\n<li>Complete all other project management, construction admin and general project oversight tasks as required to successfully complete assigned projects</li>\n<li>Complete all other tasks as assigned by upper management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring To TCG:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5-7 years of direct industry experience in the field of mechanical building services (Retrofit experience is an asset)</li>\n<li>Diploma / Degree from a mechanical building services technical program or an engineering program</li>\n<li>P.Eng Designation in Ontario is preferred</li>\n<li>Strong leadership qualities and mentorship skills</li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of (construction) project management principles with the ability to apply those principles on ongoing projects</li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems</li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of the National Building Code of Canada and the Ontario Building Code</li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of ASHRA and CSA/ULC standards</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a drive and ability to collaborate and problem solve as part of a team</li>\n<li>Ability to utilize both verbal and written forms of communication to effectively communicate internally with colleagues as well as externally with clients</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects working in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines. </li>\n<li>Must be proficient in MS Office Applications</li>\n<li>Highly motivated self-starter with an attention to detail is a must</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Can Expect in our Recruitment Process:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A preliminary screen with HR either via email or phone to confirm a few exciting details about the position and your current job search.
