By seamlessly connecting schools with our network of highly qualified, licensed clinicians, we offer a range of essential services that are both accessible and impactful.</p>\n<p>Pease don't miss out on the opportunity to work with E-therapy! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Interpret assessment results and communicate findings clearly and understandably to students, families, teachers, and school staff.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and academic interventions based on assessment data and students' educational needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide strategies and interventions to support students' academic, social, and emotional development in the classroom and school environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development activities related to school climate, positive behavior supports, social-emotional learning, and mental health promotion.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Maintain accurate and confidential records of psychological assessments, counseling sessions, consultation meetings, and other relevant documentation.</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.</p>\n<p>Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.</p>\n<p>Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school or educational setting (preferred).</p>\n<p>Strong knowledge of psychological assessment measures, testing procedures, and diagnostic criteria.</p>\n<p>Excellent understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices related to the provision of psychological services in schools.</p>\n<p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers.</p>\n<p>Proficiency in assessment, counseling, and intervention techniques.</p>\n<p>Experience in teletherapy or online counseling services (preferred).</p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Competitive salary</p>\n<p>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package</p>\n<p>Flexible work arrangements</p>\n<p>Opportunities for professional development and growth</p>\n<p>Collaborative and supportive work environment</p>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
