          "text": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities / Tasks</strong></p><p>The employee receives production priorities and instructions from operators and supervisors (via verbal communication and SharePoint), as well as unloading instructions from the logistics office.</p><ul><li>Follow ERP instructions indicating which coil to place on which machine</li><li>Position coils on machines</li><li>Strap and remove coil remnants and record them in SAP</li><li>Unload coil trucks</li><li>Clear the slitting line output table</li><li>Stack coils by type and supplier in designated locations</li><li>Follow supervisor instructions to improve processes and prevent damage or complaints</li><li>Adapt to changing work priorities</li><li>Prepare, move, store, and unload materials within required timeframes</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization</li><li>Unpack coils and dispose of waste</li><li>Comply with environmental standards</li><li>Ensure quality and stability of coil stacking</li><li>Follow and enforce safety rules</li><li>Report all activities in end-of-shift documentation for performance tracking</li><li>Support colleagues as needed</li><li>Separate rejected/blocked coils from usable stock</li><li>Participate in inventory and cycle counts</li><li>Conduct 5S audits according to procedures</li></ul>",
