    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to align demand forecasts with business strategies and promotional activities.</li>\n<li>Analyze demand variability, forecast accuracy, and bias; continuously monitor forecast performance and recommend improvements.</li>\n<li>Translate demand forecasts into actionable inputs for supply planning, production planning, and inventory management.</li>\n<li>Participate in the Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure cross-functional alignment.</li>\n<li>Identify risks and opportunities related to demand changes and proactively communicate insights to stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Manage and update demand planning systems and tools (e.g., ERP, APS, forecasting software).</li>\n<li>Support new product launches, phase-in/phase-out planning, and lifecycle management.</li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports and dashboards on demand trends, forecast accuracy, and key KPIs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications/Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.</li>\n<li>2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or demand/supply management (more for senior positions).</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across functions.</li>\n<li>Advanced MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
