As a Moving to Work agency, the FCRHA objective is to promote self-sufficiency and residential mobility. To help achieve this goal, Case Managers will provide additional resources and support outside of housing to remove barriers to stable housing, employment and self-sufficiency for some of FCRHA most vulnerable residents.",
