For existing product platforms, a well-organized approach will be employed to optimize process capabilities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 17px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead Operations in performance improvement projects, working together to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and cost requirements (Design of experiment, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design and prepare concept drawings for tooling, fixtures, and automation in support of continuous improvement projects&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with and mentor Level 4 machinist DMAIC projects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare reports for Management Review related to continuous improvement activities&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with internal cross functional teams to resolve Quality related issues.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:27.0pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><u>Education&nbsp;</u></span></em><em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><u>and Experience</u></span></em></h2><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Quality related fields with 3 years of relevant industrial experience (Machining, Injection Molding, Metal fabrication stampings, plating) with an emphasis on automotive and/or aerospace applications</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">---or---</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Master&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Quality related fields with 1 year of relevant working experience (Machining, Injection Molding, Metal fabrication stampings, plating) with an emphasis on automotive and/or aerospace applications</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><u>Skills</u></span></em><em><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><u>/Knowledge</u></span></em></h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 17px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage multiple continuous improvement projects in a well-organized manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control and Statistical Techniques&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in manufacturing of components (i.e. ;
