The ideal candidate has working level experience in the Microsoft 365 Power Platform suite, to include SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (Co-Pilot Studio), Microsoft Dataverse, and AI Builder. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents (Co-Pilot Studio), Microsoft Dataverse, and AI Builder)</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps</li>\n <li>Build data pipelines from existing Army systems</li>\n <li>Automate workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Automate</li>\n <li>Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI</li>\n <li>Create scalable, efficient, and secure solutions to meet customer’s business objectives</li>\n <li>Test and Fix bugs and refactor as necessary</li>\n <li>Experience working in agile and works well with an agile team (Scrum Master, UI/UX Designer, Business Analyst, etc)</li>\n <li>Participate in working groups and process improvement teams</li>\n <li>Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications</li>\n <li>Provide technical support, documentation, and training</li>\n <li>Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Power Platform</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field</li>\n <li>10+ years development in Microsoft technologies (3+ years Power Platform) Proficient Power Platform development experience (Share Point, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)</li>\n <li>Proficient at Power BI languages (Power Query, M, DAX, SQL, R)</li>\n <li>Proficient in integration technologies, data connectors, APIs, and protocols</li>\n <li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li><strong>Active Secret Clearance Required</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Desired Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience with DoD, Army, or Human Resources Processes</li>\n <li>Experience with Human Centered Design</li>\n <li>Certification in Agile (e.g. may include PMP-ACP, ICP, APMG, ACI, CSM, and PSM SAFe®) and understanding of the software development process</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Applicants must meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. Government security clearance. Only US Citizens are eligible for a security clearance. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with security clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances, due to the nature of the work.</p>",
