    "description": "<h2> Overview </h2>\n<p>Our client is seeking a <strong>CRM Project Manager </strong>to lead delivery for a waste-industry CRM implementation within a co-mingled consulting and client team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including managing plans, timelines, risks, and resources, while serving as the primary coordination point between technical delivery teams and client stakeholders across all levels of the organization.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This opportunity is <strong>remote with travel</strong> to the client site on the West Coast. Travel will be during implementation timelines every 4-6 months. </p>\n<h2> Responsibilities </h2>\n<h3>Project Planning and Delivery</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and dependencies</li>\n <li>Manage the agile backlog and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews in collaboration with the delivery team</li>\n <li>Continuously monitor project health, proactively identifying schedule, scope, or delivery risks and driving timely resolution</li>\n <li>Ensure delivery stays within approved financial constraints, tracking budget actuals against plan and escalating variances as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Engagement & Communication</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, including senior leaders and steering committee members</li>\n <li>Deliver clear, concise status updates tailored to a business (not technical) audience</li>\n <li>Translate technical concepts into business impact, risk, and decision-making language for executive audiences</li>\n <li>Communicate proactively and efficiently, focusing on key insights without overloading stakeholders with unnecessary detail</li>\n <li>Raise issues early, providing context, options, and recommended paths forward to support informed decisions</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Team Leadership & Internal Coordination</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and support the delivery team day-to-day, providing direction, removing blockers, and maintaining momentum and morale</li>\n <li>Partner closely with internal leadership to maintain visibility into team performance, capacity, and engagement health</li>\n <li>Navigate interpersonal and cross-functional conflicts professionally, resolving issues in a way that preserves relationships and delivery progress</li>\n <li>Model consulting-level professionalism across all interactions, including meetings, written communication, and deliverables</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Risk, Scope & Vendor Management</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify technical and operational risks early and develop mitigation strategies to protect timeline, quality, and outcomes</li>\n <li>Manage scope rigorously, supporting stakeholder alignment on tradeoffs between scope, budget, and schedule</li>\n <li>Oversee relationships with external vendors and third-party partners, ensuring clear expectations, accountability, and performance alignment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> Qualifications </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven project management experience leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations from planning through go-live</li>\n <li>Strong fluency in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies, including backlog management and facilitation of ceremonies</li>\n <li>Solid technical acumen across software development, cloud environments, and data systems, enabling effective engagement with technical teams and translation for business stakeholders</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience presenting to executive stakeholders and steering committees with clarity, confidence, and business-focused framing</li>\n <li>Experience managing project budgets, tracking spend, and proactively managing financial risks and variances</li>\n <li>Strong risk identification and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address issues early and constructively</li>\n <li>Consulting-level communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence in all settings</li>\n <li>Bachelors Degree</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification</li>\n <li>Experience in waste management, logistics, transportation, or other operations-heavy industries</li>\n <li>Familiarity with CRM platforms or enterprise system implementations</li>\n <li>Experience managing vendor RFP processes, evaluations, and contract negotiations</li>\n <li>Exposure to organizational change management alongside technical delivery</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>\n<p><em><strong>Compensation:</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>W2 Hourly rate: $60 - 75.
