Invoicing &amp; Revenue Operations</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end <strong>client invoicing process</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure invoices are accurately generated and tracked against <strong>HubSpot deal IDs</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain visibility into billing status across all active deals&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>2. Vendor &amp; Cost Management</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Track and reconcile <strong>vendor invoices</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Align costs with deals to determine <strong>cost of goods sold (COGS)</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate across multiple vendors and partners&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>3. Accounts Receivable Oversight</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Monitor payment timelines and <strong>identify overdue accounts</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Produce reports highlighting <strong>AR risks and aging balances</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Escalate issues for leadership intervention when needed&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>4. Backlog &amp; Process Cleanup</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Help resolve <strong>existing billing backlog and invoicing discrepancies</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure invoices are correctly routed and delivered&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>5. Reporting &amp; Insights</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Generate financial reports using <strong>QuickBooks and Bill.com</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Provide visibility into revenue, costs, and financial health&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>6.
