    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BrightQuest Treatment Centers in La Mesa, CA is hiring for a Recovery Specialist.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Primary Purpose &amp; Function:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Recovery Specialist</em>: The Recovery Specialist serves to support Recovery Program participants in acquiring the skills necessary to manage their drug/alcohol addiction or addictive behavior(s). The MSS &ndash; Recovery Specialist serves as a liaison between the Clinical Team and the clients, ensuring the client&rsquo;s addiction recovery is well integrated into a comprehensive and holistic treatment approach.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Registration in Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling (e.g. CATC, RADT, CADC, LADC) is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1 year minimum experience working with substance abuse and dually diagnosed individuals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comprehensive understanding of the 12-Step and SMART Recovery models.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to implement and enforce program guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required.
