    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Assists in performing custodial and various farm duties in an indoor and outdoor setting, as assigned by the supervisor.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists in moving supplies and equipment as needed.</li>\n <li>Notifies supervisor of problems/difficulties in performing job duties.</li>\n <li>Monitors inventory of supplies and notifies team leader when the need for replenishment arises.</li>\n <li>Cleaning out pens/paddocks and facilities.</li>\n <li>Feeding and caring for livestock (goats, sheep, pig, horses, chickens, ducks, etc.) and small animals.</li>\n <li>Moving and refilling feed, hay, and other supplies and materials.</li>\n <li>Helping with the maintenance of farm structures and equipment.</li>\n <li>Assisting with general property maintenance — pruning plants, snow removal, moving compost, etc.</li>\n <li>Tending gardens on property — planting, weeding, harvesting, spreading mulch, watering, etc.</li>\n <li>Notifies team leader if equipment is not working properly.</li>\n <li>Performs additional related duties as requested by supervisor.</li>\n <li>Operation of equipment and machinery, as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma and NYS Driver’s License required. </li>\n <li>Ability to perform medium to heavy manual labor, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to understand instructions given by supervisor. </li>\n <li> Flexible; able to accept changes in job duties.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical aspects may include but are not limited to lifting up to 50lbs.</p>",
