Provide oversight of administration and implementation of substance use prevention program work plan and budgets.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Provide oversight of administration and implementation of project work plan and budgets</p>\n<p>· Provide supervision of project staff</p>\n<p>· Responsible for budget tracking/fiscal accounting and assuring that program expenses are allowable within contract terms</p>\n<p>· Responsible for recommending and generating budget revisions and justifications</p>\n<p>· Responsible for internal and external program reporting, such as progress and final reports</p>\n<p>· Oversee completion of program objectives and recommends changes in scope as needed or appropriate</p>\n<p>· Participate in development of programs and assists grant writing team, as needed</p>\n<p>· Assure completion of evaluation process</p>\n<p>· Attend and facilitate meetings, as required</p>\n<p>· Serve as liaison and assist with collaborative support activities with community agencies, local government representatives, neighborhood residents and other Vista Community Clinic project staff</p>\n<p>· Perform direct services, as required</p>\n<p>· Participate in quarterly internal audits</p>\n<p>· Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature review, in-service meetings and workshops</p>\n<p>· Support the vision, mission and goals, and demonstrate a commitment to the values, of the organization</p>\n<p>· Perform other duties as directed</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of two years’ related experience in public policy, community health, health education, community organizing, substance use prevention or related field</li>\n <li>Valid California driver’s license and vehicle insurance; reliable transportation, to travel for meetings and/or to gather information for reporting purposes; minimum two years’ driving experience; no more than two violations or a single ticket/accident valued at more than one point on driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required</li>\n <li>Ability to interact with all VCC personnel and the public in a professional manner</li>\n <li>Ability to track and manage time and budgets effectively</li>\n <li>Ability to plan and facilitate internal and community meetings</li>\n <li>Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Range</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>$24.00 - $28.00 DOE</li>\n</ul>",
