Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international publishing partners to support long-term growth Develop a deep understanding of licensees’ businesses to identify opportunities for expansion and performance improvement Analyze and review partner financial performance, sharing insights internally and with licensees to inform strategy Connect partners across markets to encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and cross-border opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, editorial, brand, digital strategy, finance, and legal teams to support global licensing initiatives Lead onboarding of new licensees from contract execution through launch, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination Oversee trademark and domain management, ensuring compliance with Hearst standards and legal requirements Manage partner access and permissions across platforms such as Meta Business Suite, including troubleshooting and support Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
3+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field, ideally in an international environment Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven experience leading complex projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels Proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media account management tools A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred This role is based in our New York City office with a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week in-office Benefits (What We Offer)
