We are seeking a highly qualified Collective Trainer I to oversee training exercises utilizing simulation technologies.</span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Position Overview:</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">As a Collective Trainer I within the Simulation, Exercise, and Training (SET) division, you will be instrumental in conducting and overseeing collective training exercises utilizing simulation technologies. This role requires a strong grasp of military tactics, simulation systems, and the ability to coordinate and execute training scenarios effectively.</span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Responsibilities:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Functions as an individual contributor in at least one of the six Army Warfighting Functions (WfF).</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Design and develop simulation-based training scenarios tailored to the specific needs in support of Army mission command training.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Coordinate and execute collective training exercises using simulation systems and technologies at echelons ranging from Battalions to Corps.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure scenarios accurately replicate real world operational environments and challenges.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Conduct pre-exercise briefings, oversee scenario setup, and lead post-exercise debriefings to evaluate performance and provide comprehensive feedback.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Utilize simulation systems to create realistic training environments and simulate diverse operations situations.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of simulation equipment and software.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Stay updated on advancements in simulation technology and incorporate relevant innovations into training programs. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Gather observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs). </span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Other duties as within the scope of the program.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Qualifications:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Bachelor’s degree in simulation, Military Science, Education, or a related field; or equivalent experience required.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Eight years’ experience in instructional development. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strong understanding of military tactics, procedures, and collective training methodologies.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Qualified to operate at least two Army MCIS.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Eight years’ experience with Military training and training completed.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have completed the Army Battle Staff Course.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Served as a Digital Master Gunner with ASI SC identifier.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must possess a SECRET clearance.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must be a U.S. citizen.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Benefits:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Salary package</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Health Benefits</span></span></li>\n<li><span><br></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">401K</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">**Please carefully review the specified requirements before submission.
