Join us in making a real difference in the health of our community.</em></p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> International Medical Graduate/ Volunteer/ Intern in New York</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>This program/position is <strong>tailored for IMGs seeking US Clinical Experience (USCEs)</strong>. This program<strong> does not provide a salary/stipend</strong>. We provide a visa invite letter but we do not sponsor any type of visas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Can commit a <strong>minimum of 8 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 PM</strong>. </li>\n <li>Shadow/Observe and assist the providers in day to day task such as taking notes, assisting in history taking and physical examination</li>\n <li>Perform a variety of tasks to help around the clinic/office assigned by supervisors/providers</li>\n <li>Review journals and relevant patient cases</li>\n <li>Join meetings, presentations, and conferences</li>\n <li>Present an educational topic for the IMG community </li>\n <li>Participate in food drives and patient screenings in different locations in the Bronx</li>\n <li>Attend IMG events hosted by NYREACH</li>\n <li>Responsible to work throughout the various divisions in the New York City area</li>\n <li>Receive a <strong>certificate of completion</strong> for volunteer work and a <strong>letter of recommendation</strong> with Essen Healthcare and NYREACH letterhead based on performance. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>There are 2 start dates monthly.
