Based on the principle that recovery is tied to aspects of life that are beyond the reach of an office visit, our care model includes three core modalities that are proven to help individuals get their lives back on track -- medication, weekly group therapy, and care navigation.  We pride ourselves in providing high quality clinical treatment and team-based support needed to build a life worth living sober.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay:</strong></p>\n<p>$28.00 - $35.00/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong></p>\n<p>4,10s Monday - Thursday PST</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>At Groups, the Clinical Supervisor will play a key role in our organization by supporting the delivery of high-quality care. You will be responsible for achieving quality goals and for helping to implement new clinical protocols and initiatives. You will serve as a role model, reflecting the organization’s treatment philosophy, goals and policies to colleagues and members. The Clinical Supervisor will manage a team of 10-15 counselors on the Centralized Intake Team. This role reports to the Director of Admissions and Member Services and collaborates closely with the Operations Director, Clinical Director and Director of Quality and Compliance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coach clinical staff on managing complex cases, improving their independent, clinical skills and adhering to clinical policies and procedures  </li>\n <li>Provide direct/in-person clinical oversight and support on a regular basis</li>\n <li>Drive great clinical outcomes for our members by performance managing substance abuse counselors to meet the organization’s companywide key performance indicators</li>\n <li>Conduct Clinical supervision to develop skills and drive performance improvement (and document as appropriate)  </li>\n <li>Conduct direct observation of intake counseling services to provide appropriate feedback and coaching to staff</li>\n <li>Partner with the Operations Director to ensure all day to day functions run smoothly in order to deliver high quality care </li>\n <li>Address quarterly chart review trends and provide additional training/support, as needed, to ensure clinical documentation meets internal and external expectations </li>\n <li>Ensure clinical documentation is submitted in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Assist in preparations for site audits (e.g., state licensing, accreditation, managed care)  </li>\n <li>Provide Counselor coverage (PTO or illness) or other direct clinical services as appropriate or assigned  </li>\n <li>Participate in the interview process for Counselors </li>\n <li>Perform quarterly/annual performance reviews for Clinical Staff and manage HR issues, working with the Operations Director, Human Resources, and Clinical Director </li>\n <li>Help roll out new clinical protocols and product offerings  </li>\n <li>Identify and act on opportunities for improved performance </li>\n <li>Participate in Quality & Compliance related initiatives as appropriate </li>\n <li>Ensure all new Counselors are trained effectively and fully understand the organization’s treatment model, policies & procedures, and values </li>\n <li>Identify staff training needs to meet quality goals and ensure those needs are met </li>\n <li>Support development of local or central training content, as subject matter expert </li>\n <li>Deliver structured and effective onboarding for new employees that both conveys technical knowledge and imparts culture </li>\n <li>Help deliver training, as needed </li>\n <li>Represent the organization in meetings and events, as the clinical expert or lead </li>\n <li>Assist Clinical Directors with implementing new clinical protocols and initiatives</li>\n <li>Accountable for clinical outcomes and related KPIs in assigned region and for optimizing clinical KPIs </li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with the providers and Regional Medical Director</li>\n <li>Ability to work remotely </li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or similar field), (2+) years of full-time behavioral health experience and Licensed at the Independent level as an LADC/CADC, LCMHC, LPC, LPCC-CS, LICDC-CS, LISW-S,  LCAC, LMFT or LCSW and a master’s degree in a related field </li>\n <li>At least 5 years clinical experience in addiction or other areas of behavioral health, at high-quality, reputable organizations  </li>\n <li>A desire to assume general management responsibility and extend your skills beyond direct clinical work or clinical management </li>\n <li>Knowledge of the local market and the addiction space – other treatment providers, local stakeholders, community organizations, etc. </li>\n <li>Proven management experience leading people and teams, with the ability to work with everyone from senior managers to physicians to entry-level employees </li>\n <li>Experience hiring top talent, ideally across both clinical and non-clinical roles </li>\n <li>You have a high bar for talent and know how to evaluate whether candidates meet it </li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills. You know how to manage communication effectively across a large, dispersed team, and are comfortable representing the organization to external audiences </li>\n <li>Some exposure to operations, and an appreciation of what it takes to run a medical practice at scale </li>\n <li>Experience with a multi-site healthcare services organization strongly preferred· Extremely high standards for self and team </li>\n</ul>",
