This entry-level role supports the Service Department by ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality work on customer and inventory vehicles. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail oriented, and eager to grow within a professional dealership environment. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and lubrication tasks.</li>\n <li>Conduct tire services such as mounting, balancing, repairs, rotations, and tread inspections.</li>\n <li>Complete multipoint inspections and document findings on repair orders in a clear and consistent manner. </li>\n <li>Identify basic maintenance and safety concerns and communicate them to senior technicians or Service Advisors.</li>\n <li>Follow OEM repair procedures and dealership workflows to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Properly use shop tools, lifts, torque equipment, and safety gear. </li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. </li>\n <li>Assist technicians with basic repair tasks as skills and training progress. </li>\n <li>Support proper vehicle handling, including parking, moving, and preparing vehicles for service.</li>\n <li>Participate in required OEM or dealership training programs and development opportunities. </li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned by leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous automotive maintenance or tire service experience is an asset but not required.</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive service.</li>\n <li>Ability to safely operate tools, shop equipment, and vehicle lifts. </li>\n <li>Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. </li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. </li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions. </li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. </li>\n <li>Willingness to participate in OEM training and pursue technical development.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>INDCFO</strong></p>\n<h2>Posted Salary Range</h2>CAD $16.00 - CAD $18.00 /Hr.",
