If you're passionate about helping others and ready to grow in a supportive, forward-thinking organization—this is your opportunity. <strong>Plus, we have been recognized as a USA Today Top Workplace four years in a row, including 2025!</strong><strong> </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clinic Address:</strong><em></em>Hickory214 18th St. SEHickory, North Carolina 28602</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Get</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In addition to the standard benefit offering, you can expect to receive: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation with ability to earn performance-based incentives</li>\n <li>Professional development through strategic internal platforms</li>\n <li>Opportunity for career progression with a nationwide physical therapy practice</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (PTO) and either Sick Leave or Extended Illness Bank (EIB) accrual (dependent on state laws)</li>\n <li>Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities as a Patient Access Coordinator</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-up appointments.</li>\n <li>Handle payments, explain financial responsibilities, and maintain accurate daily financial records.</li>\n <li>Support clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation.</li>\n <li>Deliver a positive patient experience by assisting with questions and addressing concerns professionally.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA, insurance processes, and accurate documentation standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve access or scheduling issues.</li>\n <li>Assist with clinic operations, special projects, and provide coverage support as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications & Pay Range</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy clinic environment.</li>\n <li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Ability to collect payments and discuss financial responsibility confidently.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using multiple software systems.</li>\n <li>Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow workflows, protocols, and compliance requirements.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>1–2 years of customer service or healthcare front office experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience using EMR systems and scheduling platforms strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Must meet all compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full Time: Mon-Fri (schedule varies)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><u>Pay Range</u>: $16-$19/hr </li>\n <li>(<em>Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position</em>)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Expanding Access to Quality Care</strong> </p>\n<p>At PT Solutions, we’re more than colleagues; we’re a tight-knit community united in our mission to expand access to quality care.
