The Details Shift: Monday-Friday 4pm-8:30pm (MST) Starting Base Pay: $19.00 per hour Please note that this role is ON-SITE in our Salt Lake Distribution Center What You’ll Do Resolve Customer Agents issues promptly. Work on Customer requests involving expiration dates on lenses, lot numbers, adjusting shipments for customer needs, and processing Saturday deliveries. Help process international orders needing extra documentation. Fixing print problems and releasing held orders. All around problem solving. Why We Will Love You High school diploma (or GED equivalent) Call Center experience is a plus. Self-starter, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined. Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time. Be innovative and think on the fly. Know how to have fun and work hard!
