Responsible for performing all job duties according to DraftKings at Casino Queen procedures and Internal Controls. Responsible for safety of DraftKings at Casino Queen guests and employees. Responsible for the safety of the facility. Responsible for reporting incidents, accidents and illnesses that occur during the assigned shift.</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, a DraftKings at Casino Queen Security Officer must be able to perform each essential function, as well as, the other requirements of this job satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required to perform this job. The requirements listed below are in addition to and incorporated by reference into those job duties set forth in the DraftKings at Casino Queen Internal Controls for this job title. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable an employee with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><ul><li>Must possess superior customer relations and decision-making skills.</li><li>Responsible for security and emergency medical situations at assigned duty post.</li><li>Maintain, control and inventory all security equipment/supplies. Reports any broken, expired or contaminated supplies or equipment.</li><li>Knows and complies with all applicable procedures, rules, regulations and laws.</li><li>Escorts Gaming chips, tokens and cash. Participates in hard count and soft count drops.</li><li>Knows how to properly operate all security equipment.</li><li>Participates in all mandatory training classes and meeting.</li><li>Ensures only guests over 21 consume alcohol, enter the casino floor or gamble on DraftKings at Casino Queen property.</li><li>Ensure only authorized personnel are in non-public areas.</li><li>Regular attendance is an essential function of this job.</li><li>Performs other duties as directed.</li><li>Periodically required to testify in legal proceedings.</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>REQUIRED EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent work experience.
