    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Pool Service Technician</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Pool Service Technician to join our growing team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a senior-level role suited to someone with extensive experience in pool systems, plumbing, diagnostics, repairs, and concrete pool operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the service department, mentoring technicians, and delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pool industry</li>\n<li>Strong background in plumbing and hydraulic systems</li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of concrete pools and pool construction</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of pool filtration systems and equipment</li>\n<li>Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex pool and equipment issues</li>\n<li>Full driver’s licence</li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage jobs efficiently</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities &amp; Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and repair pool system faults and equipment failures</li>\n<li>Install, repair, and maintain:\n<ul>\n<li>Pumps</li>\n<li>Filters</li>\n<li>Chlorinators</li>\n<li>Heaters</li>\n<li>Automated systems</li>\n<li>Pipework and valves</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Carry out plumbing and hydraulic repairs</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot water quality and circulation issues</li>\n<li>Work on concrete pools including understanding of:\n<ul>\n<li>Structural components</li>\n<li>Plumbing layouts</li>\n<li>Filtration design</li>\n<li>Water balancing</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Complete service jobs efficiently and to a high standard</li>\n<li>Support and mentor junior technicians</li>\n<li>Provide technical advice and problem-solving support to the team</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate job notes and communicate clearly with clients</li>\n<li>Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally</li>\n<li>Assist with system upgrades and project work where required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Are Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A motivated and reliable technician who takes pride in their workmanship</li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge and leadership ability</li>\n<li>Someone who can work under pressure and problem solve effectively</li>\n<li>A team player who can also work independently</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive pay package based on experience</li>\n<li>Company vehicle</li>\n<li>Supportive team environment</li>\n<li>Long-term growth opportunities</li>\n<li>Variety of work across service, repairs, and projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are an experienced pool technician looking for a senior role within a growing company, we would love to hear from you.</p>",
