We offer branded, private label, contract manufactured and food service salsa products in addition to a variety of dips, spreads and sauces. &nbsp;</p><p>We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a <strong>Replenishment Analyst</strong> focusing on the Walmart and Sam&rsquo;s Club business. &nbsp;The opportunity will be located at our offices in Bentonville, AR. &nbsp;</p><p>The goal of the replenishment analyst is to provide data analysis to drive the sales and growth of the assigned accounts within Italian Rose Garlic Products, Inc. &nbsp;The replenishment analyst will report to the Vice President of Sales for Walmart and Sam&rsquo;s Club and will have direct responsibility for analyzing the overall product supply of assigned accounts and supporting the internal sales teams and cross-functional team as well as the buying, replenishment and private label teams of the Walmart and Sam&rsquo;s Club accounts.</p><p>In this role it is critical to foster customer relationships built on trust, credibility, attentiveness, and ability to execute the plan. &nbsp;A key component of building trust is being a strong business partner through strong service-after-sale support, which includes utilizing internal and customer sales and replenishment systems for order monitoring, processing and tracking, and analyzing and communicating sales and inventory data. &nbsp;Additionally, it is important to support the sales team in objectively assessing the customer&rsquo;s needs s to build their respective category. &nbsp;Credible assessments will be made by leveraging data through sales and replenishment analysis of their business, industry data and consumer insights. &nbsp; Once business assessments have been made, the team will recommend strategic sales and supply plans to expand the customer&rsquo;s core business and ensure its strong category presence within the market. &nbsp;</p><p>The replenishment analyst will support the plan by being attentive to the customer needs and being an effective liaison with internal cross-functional teams, such as customer service, logistics and product development, to maintain and improve the entire service-after-the-sale customer experience. &nbsp;They will also project out the sales of each account to ensure production planning is executed efficiently and sales budgets can be developed realistically. &nbsp; Supporting the activities related to the assigned accounts effectively is a key responsibility in maximizing sales and growth. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Please note: &nbsp; This position will report to an office in Bentonville, Arkansas and will work in the office the majority of the time.</strong></li><li>Attend buyer and replenishment meetings to learn the fresh side of the business</li><li>Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by partnering with them, understanding their needs, and delivering results</li><li>Forecast and track weekly and annual order projections for customer accounts</li><li>Track, maintain and communicate key account metrics for sales and inventory, including on time/in-full (OTIF), Supplier Quality Excellence Program (SQEP), ASN issues, in stock concerns, inventory and sales forecast accuracy</li><li>Prepare weekly replenishment reports</li><li>PO tracking and maintenance</li><li>Order processing and review</li><li>Pricing maintenance</li><li>Maintain an accurate item master that includes monitoring item accuracy, cross-referencing, cost-retail</li><li>Item creation in internal and customer systems</li><li>Liaison with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development) to improve the entire customer experience&nbsp;</li><li>Help team maintain and monitor in-stock level changes and modular end of life to mitigate inventory excess and shortages</li><li>Calculate and provide mod fill order estimates internally for new and store count increase items</li><li>Study and analyze customer&rsquo;s sales, industry data and consumer insights to credibly assess customer account needs on an ad hoc basis</li><li>Support team in preparing presentations that leverage and optimize data to drive customer decision making</li><li>Effectively communicate with the customer and internal teams</li><li>Continually assess current business distribution channels and evaluate their performance&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending trade shows, educational workshops, webinars, comp shopping, reviewing professional publications, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for defined geography and accounts</li><li>Demonstrated ability to coordinate, plan and prioritize multiple tasks with great accuracy, creativity and work well under pressure&nbsp;</li><li>Perform product/modular resets in clubs and stores occasionally</li><li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as neede<strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications and Experience</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, retailing, management, sales or marketing preferred</li><li>Minimum 2 years as a Replenishment, Supply Chain Analyst, Sales Analyst or similar role.</li><li>Prior experience working within the food category preferred, and working knowledge of Walmart and Sam&rsquo;s Club</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint;</li><li>Knowledge, experience or proficiency in the following industry programs and systems: Retail Link, IRI, Nielsen and 1WS</li><li>Knowledge of one or more areas of Product Management (brand management, supply chain, manufacturing, pricing, marketing/sales)</li></ul><p><strong><u>Skills and Capabilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Highly proficient in data mining, analysis and reporting</li><li>Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail</li><li>Ability to collaborate with cross functional stakeholders, influence decisions and recommend a course of action based on data analytics</li><li>Skilled in driving process improvement by implementing checks and balances and identifying process steps that can be automated.</li><li>Ability to multitask, define long and short-term objectives and establish priorities to consistently meet timelines</li><li>Must have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to create complex reporting and dynamic presentations.</li><li>Excels in a fast-paced environment and is willing to take calculated risks;
