Ensure Show standards are implemented and maintained both inside and outside the store.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>1. Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and co-workers.</p>\n<p>2. Gather and empty trash throughout the store as needed.</p>\n<p>3. Clean up spills, sweep, and mop as needed.</p>\n<p>4. Maintain a neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop without agitation.</p>\n<p>5. Maintain and organize backroom supply areas.</p>\n<p>6. Maintain & clean all guest seating areas.</p>\n<p>7. Maintain & clean host breakroom.</p>\n<p>8. Maintain & clean restrooms.</p>\n<p>9. Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom area.</p>\n<p>10. Maintain a clean and visually appealing parking lot and store entrance.</p>\n<p>11. Clean doors, windows, glass, store fixtures, shelving, and racks as needed.</p>\n<p>12. Performs front-end duties as necessary to ensure “no noticeable wait” standard is upheld and maintained.</p>\n<p>13. Communicates maintenance needs to store management.</p>\n<p>14. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>1. Friendly, outgoing personality.</p>\n<p>2. Ability to work well with others.</p>\n<p>3. Ability to lift 25 lbs. constantly and 50 lbs. occasionally.</p>\n<p>4. Ability to read and understand information and direction.</p>\n<p>5. Knowledge of safety & sanitation.</p>\n<p>6. Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.</p>\n<p>7. Effective communication and guest service skills.</p>\n<p>8. Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull, and endure outdoor elements for extended periods of time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-PB1</p>",
