    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>FLSA Status:&nbsp;</strong>Exempt</p><p><strong>Department:&nbsp;</strong>Falcon&rsquo;s Attractions</p><p><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Director of Project Execution<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Summary:</u></strong></p><p>Falcon&rsquo;s is searching for a quality manager who recommends and establishes Corporate and departmental Quality Policies and systems to assist in sustained business growth. Success in this function requires communication and coordination with other departments at the management and worker level.</p><p>This function requires clearly communicated and coordinated team management efforts involving all activities within the Quality Department and its interaction with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, and the Government Operations Department.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Preparation of annual departmental direct and indirect budget plus capital expenditures for the upcoming year.</li><li>Identify departmental and personal goals, obtain supervisor agreement, and successfully perform.</li><li>Manage Quality Department including personnel supervision, inspection and test activities, control interface with customers, vendors, and other Falcon&rsquo;s Attractions personnel as necessary.</li><li>Establish project Quality activities including verification points in concert with Project Managers.</li><li>Administer UL 508A.</li><li>Perform internal quality audits.</li><li>Manage quality of vendor product and services.</li><li>Ensure conformance to customer requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Qualifications and Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.</li><li>Associates degree in Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Formal education in QA/QC</li><li>10 years quality control experience in manufacturing (fabrication, precise machining and assembling) environment</li><li>5+ years of management or supervisory position.</li><li>Experience of working with a variety of customers&rsquo; quality requirements.</li><li>Knowledge in the following areas:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Quality Audit Concept and Principles</li><li>Quality Data, Analysis, Problem Solving, and Quality Cost methodology</li><li>Metrology and Calibration Fundamentals</li><li>Quality Control Concepts and Techniques</li><li>Fundamentals of Practical Statistical methods</li><li>ISO 9000 Quality Standards</li></ul></li><li>Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.</li><li>Will not require Falcon&rsquo;s Beyond Global, LLC to commence (&ldquo;sponsor&rdquo;) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p>Falcon&rsquo;s Beyond Global, LLC is a drug-free workplace and employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen.
