margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Perform daily building rounds and log readings of systems and meters.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Conduct scheduled and seasonal preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, and life safety systems.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and take corrective action or recommend solutions.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Monitor the performance of operationally critical systems, including Fortinet’s on-site data center.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Respond to trouble calls and emergencies during business hours and after hours (24/7 on-call rotation).</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Complete minor repairs and assist with coordination and oversight of subcontractors and service providers.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Operate elevated work platforms, work at heights, and in confined spaces as needed.</span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;
