Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize operations.</li><li><strong>Team Leadership</strong>: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of security coordinators, guards, and administrative staff. Foster a positive work environment and support ongoing professional development.</li><li><strong>Client Relations</strong>: Act as a primary liaison with clients to address their security needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li><strong>Resource Allocation and Scheduling</strong>: Coordinate resource allocation, including staff deployment, shifts, and equipment distribution, to maximize efficiency and maintain adequate coverage at all times.</li><li><strong>Compliance and Risk Management</strong>: Ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
