    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Challenger Lifts, Inc., a division of Snap-on is seeking a candidate that would be responsible for assembling automotive lifts and lift components as assigned by the Production Supervisor. Starts out at $17.86/hr and attendance incentive. Hours are 5:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Thursday and every other Friday.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assemble automotive lifts and components/accessories</li>\n <li>Assist in implementation of 6S initiatives and activities with emphasis on safety</li>\n <li>Suggest and assist in process improvements which assures quality, efficiency, and safety is built into the process</li>\n <li>Assist in fabrication processes as needed</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>An understanding and ability to use assembly tools</li>\n <li>Capable of reading a tape measure</li>\n <li>Understanding of blueprint reading</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate at all levels of the organization</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of process interaction </li>\n <li>Strong problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Understanding of general manufacturing </li>\n <li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work extended hours </li>\n <li>Must be able to periodically lift up to 45 pounds </li>\n <li>Must align with the Snap-on mission statement </li>\n <li>Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes; Hi-Vis Vest, Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (If Applicable), Gloves (If Applicable), and Ear Plugs (If Applicable). </li>\n <li>Must adhere to safety guidelines</li>\n</ul>",
