    "description": "<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">AAMCI is looking for a Part time Cleaning Technician 500 Unit apartment community in Dayton, OH</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Full-time Monday through Friday 8 am 1 pm $16.00 per hours</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">The community is an affordable housing community with Project based Section 8 and Tax Credit rent subsidy, providing housing to income-qualified residents. In this position, AAMCI expects strong customer service, safety management, skill set development and time management with the goal to create a home and strong communities for each of our residents to thrive.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">AAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Clean and sanitize vacant units for new resident</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Provide a safe and sanitary home to move into.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Cleaning bathrooms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Clean kitchen including oven and refrigerator</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Assist maintenance team unit turnover</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Vacuum, sweeping, mopping</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Trash removal</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Clean commons areas</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Clean stack buildings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Pick up trash</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Cleaning debris from all sidewalks and parking lots</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Report any maintenance concerns for resolution</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Qualifications necessary for success:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Ability to self-motivate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Courteous</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Physically able to perform all duties required, including but not limited to standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working outdoors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Janitorial</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Custodial</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Reliable transportation</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13)\">AAMCI is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
