In addition, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepares and processes the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains</li>\n<li>Manages the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites</li>\n<li>Logs potential inadvertent security incidents and utilizing and maintaining site SOPs</li>\n<li>Ensures the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata</li>\n<li>Uses government-specified tools to generate and modify product metadata</li>\n<li>Performs cross-domain product (as associated material) dissemination on approved networks</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience, training, and education do I need?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Team Lead (Senior-Level).</span> <span>You must meet the </span><span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum</span> requirements</span><span>:</span></p>\n<p>Senior-level qualifications as listed below, plus:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 years experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination</li>\n<li>Experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations</li>\n<li>Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences</li>\n<li>Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts</li>\n<li>Understanding of metadata</li>\n<li>Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Senior-Level.</span> You must meet the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum</span> requirements:</p>\n<p>Mid-level qualifications as listed below, plus:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in a related area from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; OR a Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline; OR Associates degree with 12 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline; OR High School Diploma with 15 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline</li>\n<li>Advanced Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+</li>\n<li>At least 12 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years</li>\n<li>10 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge and understanding of the activities required to meet mission requirements</li>\n<li>Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology</li>\n<li>Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks</li>\n<li>In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight</li>\n<li>Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Mid-Level.</span> You must meet the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">minimum</span> requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willing to take/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination</li>\n<li>At least 8 years of related experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years</li>\n<li>7 years experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years</li>\n<li>Intermediate Experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+</li>\n<li>Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced</li>\n<li>Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution</li>\n<li>Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
