DOE</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Durango</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Summary:&nbsp;</strong>The Sales Associate is responsible for handling daily sales, customer assistance, and restocking within one of our on-premise gift shops. This individual must be committed to providing the highest caliber of service to our clientele by offering recommendations and providing sound product knowledge about our inventory.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Assist customers with retail purchases and returns</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain inventory and regularly restock items as needed</li>\r\n\t<li>Actively engage customers and provide product knowledge, recommendations, and lend assistance</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide outstanding customer service to gift shop customers and train guests</li>\r\n\t<li>Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and accuracy</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain a clean, neat and organized sales floor</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Education, Skill and Work Experience:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Experience working in retail industry strongly preferred</li>\r\n\t<li>Experience in cash handling, operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems a plus</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong work ethic, hands-on attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service required</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Up to 8 hours per day standing and walking</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to lift up to 20 pounds</li>\r\n\t<li>Available to work nights, weekends, early mornings and occasional overtime</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
