Your goal will be to help stabilize clients, return them to a pre-crisis level of functioning, and connect them with community services and supports that meet their needs.</p><p data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"790\">This role will support both our Children&#39;s Crisis Residence and Adult Crisis Residence.&nbsp;</p><p data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"790\"><strong>Work schedule</strong> is Monday-Friday 8am-4pm but will require flexible hours and work on call shift.</p><p data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"819\"><strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1251\">Your responsibilities:</strong></p><ul data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"2774\"><li data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1395\"><p data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1395\">Provide comprehensive intake assessments, risk assessments, and individual/family therapy to restore safety for clients and the community</p></li><li data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1462\"><p data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1462\">Assist clients in developing safety plans as clinically needed</p></li><li data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1526\"><p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1526\">Communicate with clients&rsquo;
