    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p><strong><u>Life Enrichment Assistant Position Summary:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Under the general direction of the Life Enrichment Director, primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the overall responsibility of enriching the lives of our residents.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>30 hours per week.  Up to $18.00 per hour depending on experience.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities for Life Enrichment Assistant:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents.</li>\n <li>Engage in prospective residents visits.</li>\n <li>Perform welcome orientation with new residents.</li>\n <li>Programs for the month should be based on the Whole Person Wellness Model and should incorporate at least 2 of the 6 experiences (Intellectual, Social, Emotional, Vocational, and Spiritual)</li>\n <li>Use of iPad to enrich the lives of our residents and photos for community TV’s and Facebook.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with software applications/programs/tools used by American House for Life Enrichment position.</li>\n <li>Responsible for scheduling weekend activities.</li>\n <li>Must be available to work weekends and sometimes weekends for events.</li>\n <li>Represent American House professionally in all community events.</li>\n <li>Must be able to drive a 14 passenger bus.</li>\n <li>Provide transportation for both group events and personal appointments.</li>\n <li>Responsible to update seasonal/holiday decorations throughout the building.</li>\n <li>Oversees volunteer program.</li>\n <li>Notifies Life Enrichment Director of emergency situations.</li>\n <li>Reports to Life Enrichment Director.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#indhp</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Founded in 1979, American House Senior Living Communities’ vision is to provide high-quality housing for senior at a price affordable for retirees and their families.
