This role is responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions in alignment with best practices and applicable regulations.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>This position will report to the Clinical Director.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Job Duties:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Therapeutic Services:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients&#39; mental health needs and formulate diagnostic impressions.</li>\r\n\t<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other care providers.</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches.</li>\r\n\t<li>Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure all therapeutic interventions align with ethical and professional standards.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Case Management:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate care with other professionals, including psychiatrists, medical providers, and community resources.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist clients in accessing additional support services, such as housing, education, or employment resources.</li>\r\n\t<li>Advocate for clients&rsquo; needs and rights within the community and other systems of care.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Documentation and Compliance:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with organizational policies, CARF accreditation standards, and applicable regulations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Document all sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and communications in the electronic health record system.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure compliance with confidentiality laws and organizational policies regarding protected health information (PHI).</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Professional Development:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and case consultations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Stay current on best practices, evidence-based therapies, and regulatory requirements by attending trainings, workshops, and conferences.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain licensure and certifications as required by state and tribal regulations.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Organizational Contributions:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.</li>\r\n\t<li>Support outreach and educational efforts to promote mental health awareness within the community.</li>\r\n\t<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational projects as needed.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
