The schedule for this position is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities. As the Adminstrative Specialist you will: Assist the Clinical department with administrative tasks and organization, including but not limited to assisting with auditing, tracking, scheduling, and licensing. Provide outstanding customer service to outside agencies, legal entities, and internal customers. Work with private information and demonstrate a ‘need to know’ work ethic. Be able to effectively navigate multiple electonic health record platforms (EHRs) and state portals, and possess strong general computer skills. Demonstrate ability to work independently, priortize tasks, and pay close attention to detail and deadlines.
