Each airframe is equipped with the latest technologies, including Pratt &amp; Whitney Canada PT6A-67R engines. The BT-67 modernization includes aerodynamic enhancements, structural modifications state of the art components and new systems.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong></p><p>This is a full-time on-site role for an Avionics Electrical Technician at Basler Turbo Conversions LLC in Oshkosh, WI. The Avionics Electrical Technician will play a vital role in the conversion process of a BT-67, including creating a drawing package tailored to the specific aircraft build. Responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and testing the installed systems, as well as assisting in building the aircraft to meet the STC requirements. Responsibilities also include conducting operational checks, prebuilding electrical harnesses, and performing maintenance and troubleshooting on avionics systems.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years related work experience; or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics preferred</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&amp;P) license is preferred but not required</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Associate&#39;s degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or related field is a plus.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Proven experience working as an Avionic Technician, preferably in an aircraft maintenance or repair facility.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Strong knowledge of avionic systems, must be familiar with GPS, and VHF navigation systems, HF, VHF, UHF, and sat phone communication systems.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Knowledge of electrical theory and soldering is required</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Possess electrical maintenance and troubleshooting skills, alongside knowledge of electricity and electrical equipment.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><br></p><p><br></p></div></div>\n",
