    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About This Role:</span></p>\n<p>Cardinal Civil Resources is currently looking for an employee with high integrity and excellent attention to detail to fill a position as a Project Manager.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<p>As a Project Manager, you will:</p>\n<p>·         Prepare work plans, assemble project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with scope and timely completion.</p>\n<p>·         Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.</p>\n<p>·         Personnel management, proposal generation, and business development</p>\n<p>·         Oversee and assist with scheduling field work and maintaining the field schedule/calendar</p>\n<p>·         Review and process the results of field surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land features and structures.</p>\n<p>·         Responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects</p>\n<p>·         Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients</p>\n<p>·         Verify the accuracy of field survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. Perform mathematical calculations and check field data.</p>\n<p>·         Ability to perform deed and utility research and compile record information such as record maps, legal descriptions, utility information, and right-of-way data.</p>\n<p>·         Assist with the business development and preparation of contracts</p>\n<p>·         Be involved in scoping, risk assessment and pricing of remediation projects.</p>\n<p>·         Manage and approve time off requests and schedule accordingly. Review timesheets for billing accuracy and approve through accounting software.</p>\n<p>·         Manage multiple vendors on purchasing field supplies and tools</p>\n<p>·         Responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects</p>\n<p>·         Coordinate with other survey project managers and field coordinators regarding workload and scheduling needs.</p>\n<p>·         Collaborate with project team members, to include licensed surveyors, engineers, and technical and survey staff</p>\n<p>OTHER DUTIES</p>\n<p>·         Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.</p>\n<p>·         Participate in or conduct and document safety meetings with the crew weekly.</p>\n<p>·         Maintains digital files on assigned computer equipment to ensure correct and current data files are used.</p>\n<p>·         Assist in assigning fleet vehicles to field personnel and coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs. Coordinate vehicle transfers between offices depending on company needs.</p>\n<p>·         Provide technical direction and training for using hardware and equipment if necessary. Troubleshoot, diagnose and arrange repair of hardware and equipment.</p>\n<p>·         Assist other departments with personnel management and business development</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EDUCATION:</span> High school graduation or the GED equivalent is required. Additional college coursework or apprenticeship is highly desirable. An advanced degree is preferred.  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EXPERIENCE:</span> Minimum of 3-5 years of project management and land surveying experience. Minimum of two years of field management experience.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KNOWLEDGE OF:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CSIT preferred</li>\n<li>Experience in CADD Drawing and Survey Computation</li>\n<li>Previous experience working in Surveying or Civil Engineering environment</li>\n<li>Carlson Civil Suites with IntelliCAD is required</li>\n<li>Experience with Field crew management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABILITIES:</span></p>\n<p>·         Must have good written and verbal communication skills.</p>\n<p>·         Must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team.</p>\n<p>·         Must have essential requirements: professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.</p>\n<p>·         Must possess strong attention to detail and an intense level of accuracy.</p>\n<p>·         Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and construction documents</p>\n<p>·         Ability to perform calculations and instructions for field work and construction stakeout</p>\n<p>·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</p>\n<p>·         Valid driver's license with insurable record</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background Check and Drug Testing Required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: </span></p>\n<p>·         Valid driver’s license with insurable record</p>\n<p>·         CST or Survey Apprenticeship Preferred</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<p>The physical demands described herein are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential function of this job successfully:</p>\n<p>·         Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25/50/80 pounds regularly/occasionally</p>\n<p>·         Must be able to deal effectively and reasonably with stress in the workplace without lost time or undue strain</p>\n<p>·         Must be able to sit, walk, talk, and hear for extended periods of time</p>\n<p>·         Must be able to type/key-in data and answer telephones frequently as needed</p>\n<p>·         Must have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus</p>\n<p>·         Must be able to see and respond to dangerous situations</p>\n<p>·         Physical ability work including bending, squatting, reaching, stretching, sitting, standing, running, and climbing stairs</p>\n<p>·         Must adhere to company policies, safety plan, and the project safety plan</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us:</span></p>\n<p>Cardinal Civil Resources (“CCR”) is a fun, productive business dedicated to the success of our employees, clients, and our communities.
