    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This overnight position is responsible for operation of the front desk and completing all nightly tasks including posting room revenues, performing food and beverage audits, reconciling revenues and cash for daily operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Posts room revenues</p>\n<p>· Balances cashier activity</p>\n<p>· Reconciles the day and runs nightly reports</p>\n<p>· Performs front desk duties when required</p>\n<p>· Handles guests concerns throughout the shift</p>\n<p>· Adheres to house rules, departmental policies, and safety standards at all times</p>\n<p>· Communicate clearly with guests and management</p>\n<p>· Respond to or channel any guest requests/complaints to the department or proper manager</p>\n<p>· Use problem-solving skills to professionally handle any guest issue, question, or concern</p>\n<p>· Operate the property management system as needed to review transactions, reservations, and post payments</p>\n<p>· Maintains cleanliness of work location, completes property walks, and maintains cleanliness of the hotel perimeter</p>\n<p>· Perform other duties as assigned by management</p>\n<p>· Communicate guests transportation needs or transport them as needed.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Must be available to work overnight shifts</p>\n<p>· Must be at least 18 years old</p>\n<p>· Valid drivers license and ability to pass Six Flags Drivers test required</p>\n<p>· Night audit experience preferred</p>\n<p>· Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary</p>\n<p>· Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time</p>\n<p>· Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement to resolve situations that may arise.</p>\n<p>· Computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of Opera software preferred</p>\n<p>· Possess organizational skills and attention to detail</p>\n<p>· Prior guest services experience required</p>\n<p>· Must have a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude</p>\n<p>· Must be able to perform tasks safely and adhere to company policy</p>\n<p>· Ability to share all possible hotel and safari knowledge as trained</p>\n<p>· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment</p>",
