All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.</p>\n<h2>Duties, Responsibilities & Other</h2>\n<p>As a Solutions Engineer, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Align solutions to the customer’s goals, needs and objectives</li>\n <li>Provide consultation and training to customers and team members</li>\n <li>Interpret specifications and build solutions to those specifications</li>\n <li>Develop hardware/software solutions in a logical, creative, and structured manner that will help customers solve problems</li>\n <li>Collaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to identify compelling solutions</li>\n <li>Interact with customers to execute the technical aspects of the strategy</li>\n <li>Work efficiently in a team setting on projects to successful completion</li>\n <li>Exercise judgement in developing and implementing methods and techniques to obtain desired results following industry best practices</li>\n <li>Deliver right-sized technology solutions/services within the allocated budget</li>\n <li>Provide technical support</li>\n <li>Develop technical documentation</li>\n <li>Stay current on latest technologies and methods</li>\n <li>Regularly interact and build relationships with team members, managers, customers, and business partners</li>\n <li>Support development of proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs)</li>\n <li>Support business development and marketing initiatives by meeting with customers and prospective customers, attending industry events, and giving presentations</li>\n <li>Comply with all KCI policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Complete other duties as required/assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Specialized Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with cloud computing on the Microsoft Azure platform required; experience with AWS and GCP preferred.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cloud security best practices, identity management (Azure Entra ID), and data governance principles.</li>\n <li>Experience integrating ArcGIS with enterprise systems (e.g., asset management, CAD, work order systems, or data platforms)</li>\n <li>Experience in custom development leveraging ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and the Esri Location Platform\n  <ul>\n   <li>ArcGIS JS 4x API</li>\n   <li>Arcpy</li>\n   <li>ArcGIS Online / Enterprise app registration and authentication patterns</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience using modern AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making, with an emphasis on secure, accurate, and responsible use.</li>\n <li>Technical proficiency with the following architectures and platforms including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Serverless compute and Docker technology</li>\n   <li>Virtual Machine configuration and networking</li>\n   <li>Languages: Javascript, Python, .NET, SQL, Powershell</li>\n   <li>Relational database modeling</li>\n   <li>Infrastructure as Code (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform) and deployment automation</li>\n   <li>Azure DevOps. GitHub</li>\n   <li>Power Platform solutions</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is required. </li>\n <li>Minimum three years of experience as a Solutions Analyst or similar role</li>\n <li>Experience in utilities, facilities, transportation, water, and/or state/local government markets is strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Familiarity with software development and systems engineering is preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable of APIs, distributed backend systems, dimensional data modeling, SQL queries and schema design is preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with cloud technologies is preferred</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems </li>\n <li>Ability to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, business, and markets</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers, both written and oral</li>\n <li>Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment.
