You’ll be hands-on with industry-level equipment, supporting global research that keeps the world moving.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor automotive testing equipment and mechanical rigs</li>\n <li>Keep test data accurate and organized</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and adjust tests to meet exact specifications</li>\n <li>Perform preventive maintenance and log it properly</li>\n <li>Communicate issues clearly with teammates and engineers</li>\n <li>Work on a steady off-shift schedule with no rotation</li>\n <li>Learn continuously and help train others over time</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MINIMUMS:</u>    </strong>       </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Mechanical experience or strong hands-on aptitude (we’ll train the right person)</li>\n <li>Comfortable working with tools, diagnostics, and technical data</li>\n <li>Team mindset and a strong work ethic</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree</li>\n <li>Background in automotive, mechanical, industrial, or trade work is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p>             <strong><u>SKILLS/ABILITIES:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Decision Making</strong> - Decision making in a timely manner based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment; sometimes with incomplete information, under tight deadlines and pressure; while based upon appropriate risk and authority</li>\n <li><strong>Analysis and Problem Solving</strong> - Solves difficult problems with effective solutions; asks good questions and questions all likely sources for answers; can solve complex problems and recognize complex patterns; utilizing all appropriate tools to reach a robust answer.</li>\n <li><strong>Communication</strong> - The ability to communicate information clearly and effectively in an engaging and convincing manner. </li>\n <li><strong>Managing Performance</strong> - Possessing the drive and focus to achieve challenging goals.</li>\n <li><strong>Project Management</strong> - The ability to manage tasks and activities and achieve their completion within the agreed framework, across regional and organizational boundaries</li>\n <li><strong>Innovation</strong> - The openness to new ideas and the ability to generate breakthrough solutions.
