You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual voice of Life Fellowship across both print and digital platforms, working on everything from weekend messages to major events, ministry campaigns, social media, and beyond.</p>\n<p>Bring fresh ideas, a strong eye for design, and the ability to take a project from concept to completion with excellence and efficiency. You’ll thrive in a collaborative team environment and be energized by the challenge of bringing big visions to life while staying rooted in our mission: You Belong Here.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>General Duties:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Creative Design &amp; Conception</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring creative ideas to life through compelling visual concepts that support ministry objectives, brand guidelines, and audience needs</li>\n<li>Collaborate with pastors, ministry leaders, and the creative team to brainstorm, problem-solve, and design assets that move people toward action and engagement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Effective Visual Communication</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design with clarity and purpose, using typography, color, photography, layout, and motion to communicate key messages with excellence and impact.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Brand Stewardship</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain consistency across all platforms and materials while pushing creative boundaries that elevate and evolve the Life Fellowship brand</li>\n<li>Help ensure every design reflects the heart, tone, and values of who we are as a church</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management</span>:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Juggle multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity</li>\n<li>Work closely with project managers and internal stakeholders to keep communication clear and deliverables on track</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Production &amp; File Prep</span>:</li>\n<li>Prepare final files for print and digital use with excellence in accuracy, resolution, and formatting</li>\n<li>Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure top-tier production quality for all deliverables</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills/Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong portfolio that showcases creativity, skill, and range across both digital and print design</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics, Canva, or Figma is a plus</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of design principles, brand development, and visual storytelling</li>\n<li>Excellent time management and communication skills</li>\n<li>Active and growing relationship with Jesus Christ</li>\n<li>Fully aligned with the vision, values, and beliefs of Life Fellowship</li>\n<li>Active participation in Life Fellowship or your current church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community).
