An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.</li>\n <li>At least 8+ years of project / program management experience, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex full life cycle SAP projects. Experience across various industries and familiarity with ERP and CRM technology platforms are essential.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA and hands-on application of the SAP Activate methodology across end-to-end implementations.</li>\n <li>Experience with at least 5 full SAP implementations, including 2 SAP S/4HANA projects.</li>\n <li>A self-starter, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and adept at multitasking.</li>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certifications:&nbsp;Industry certifications such as PMI, Prince2, etc., are highly valued.</li>\n <li>Experience implementing SAP supply chain/IBP/demand planning-related projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able and willing to travel to customer sites 50 to 80% of the time.</li>\n</ul>",
