We are seeking a skilled <span>Network</span> Specialist with a strong cross-functional background to help design and secure this new environment. This is an opportunity to build a state-of-the-art, high-availability infrastructure in a regulated trading environment.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Network</span> Architecture &amp; Strategy: </span>Design and implement secure Inter-DC connectivity, high-performance routing, and switching for a growing multi-site environment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Resilience: </span>Develop and maintain high-availability <span>network</span> solutions to ensure business continuity and meet strict SLAs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security &amp; Compliance: </span>Manage advanced firewall configurations and VPNs, ensuring all setups adhere to rigorous banking and security standards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration: </span>Work closely with the Systems team, bridging the gap between <span>Network</span>ing and Linux/VMware operations to optimize end-to-end performance.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge Transfer: </span>Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), documenting <span>network</span> designs and sharing best practices with the wider infrastructure team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Network</span> Expertise: </span>Deep technical knowledge of L2/L3 <span>network</span>ing, OSPF/BGP, VLANs, and Firewall administration (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Systems Proficiency: </span>Solid understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Linux </span>(Red Hat/CentOS) and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">VMware </span>environments; ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues from the server side.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Problem Solver: </span>Analytical mindset with experience in complex troubleshooting within distributed environments.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication: </span>Fluent English (written and spoken) is required for our international collaboration.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable Skills (Nice to have)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Banking, High-Frequency Trading</span>, or regulated financial sectors.</li>\n<li>Automation experience using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ansible </span>or Ansible Tower.</li>\n<li>Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or relevant security credentials.</li>\n</ul>",
